Professional Use: Lash extension trays are intended for professional use only. We recommend having extensions applied by a certified lash technician.
2. Hygiene and Returns Policy
No Returns Policy: For hygiene reasons, lashes cannot be returned once the packaging is opened or the seal is broken. This policy helps maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our customers.
Damage Claims: Customers have 24 hours after delivery to report damaged or "shedding" lashes with photographic proof. Claims must be submitted within this timeframe for consideration.
Color Variations: Please note that screen settings can affect how the lash color looks in photos versus in person. We recommend checking product descriptions and reviews for accurate color representation.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Our process time is approximately 24 hours to pack your order and pass it to the carrier for delivery.
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Delivery Confirmation: Once tracking shows "Delivered," the risk of loss passes to the customer. We recommend tracking your package and being available for delivery.
4. Product Information
Cruelty-Free Products: All our faux mink lashes, cashmere silk lash extension trays, and lash adhesives are cruelty-free and latex-free products.
Real Mink Lashes: Our real mink lashes are handmade and can be used up to 15 times with proper care. Please note that slight variations in length or volume may occur between pairs due to the handcrafted nature.
